The Universe Needs…
Life feels like an expensive subscription—non-refundable, auto-renewed, and packed with hidden charges. Rent, bills, taxes—who signed up for all this? And the universe? Floating around like a smug landlord, throwing some karmic lessons for extra fun.
The Sin of Empathy
makes it worse. Seeing everything, feeling everything—what a design flaw. Meanwhile Universe, in all its wisdom, seems to think struggle builds character. But seriously, could we get a patch update on the financial model? A little tweak to the “pay-to-exist” system? A chill button, perhaps?
Instead, we clutch our wallets and sanity while it shrugs. If it understood deadlines, existential bills, and the creeping horror of inflation, it might rethink this whole “growth through suffering” thing and give us a few more breaks.
Maybe it’s time the Universe got a downgrade. Less waiting for “divine timing,” faster karma processing, and a little universal cashback wouldn’t hurt either. If banks can do it, surely the cosmos can keep up? Ha!
Maybe, just maybe, the universe should take a step back and rethink its settings. Because if this is the best version, then honestly, the beta version must have been hell.
And let’s talk about those “spiritual dues” for a moment. Why do those who scheme, exploit, and manipulate seem to be granted unlimited extensions while those who try to do things right get hit with interest rates on their suffering? If karma were a finance system, it would have the worst customer service imaginable—always on hold, always delayed, and always suspiciously selective about whom it responds to.
Meanwhile, some say, “Things will work out in the end.” Well, great. That’s like saying, “Don’t worry, the restaurant will eventually bring your food,” while conveniently ignoring that half the table has already been served three courses and the rest are still waiting for a glass of water.
So, if the system won’t update and karma still runs on dial-up speed, at the very least, let’s call out the absurdity of it all. Not in whispers, not in hopeful patience, but loud enough for the stars to hear. It’s time the Universe needs a fact check! ha
